OCC (Ohio Coatings Company)

Joint venture of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and TCC STEEL. Made a contract in March 24, 1994 and completed the tinplate facilities in April 28, 1996. TCC STEEL provided and installed the tinplate facilities and it has a capacity of 250,000 MT.
