| Description (roofing application) |
Original Color |
After verdigris process |
|
The color of copper changes while oxidizing in the air and it
is needed to spend 10 to 15 years
for changing the color from original brown to patina. Since
the changing-color-nature of copper produces various and luxurious
scenes of building, it was popularly used in Japan and Western
countries for a long time. Recently copperplates are widely
used for exclusive houses and public buildings. The dome roof
of the National Assembly building and opera house of Seoul Arts
Center used SUSCOP.
SUSCOP combines beautiful colors of copper with durability of
stainless and the surface can be showed various colors of brown,
verdigris, etc.
